About the Role
This role requires the individual to identify, implement and execute action plans aimed at achieving the strategic objectives of the Group. The individual has to assist with identifying and engaging new customers in green field, as well as gain entry into new markets.
Responsibilities
Identify potential and new greenfield opportunities that support Teckwah's Future Strategic Profile.
Assist in conducting and formulating comprehensive studies on business solutions for implementation.
Assist in pilot testing business solutions with customers, potential partners, suppliers and internal business units and personnel.
Identify strategic leveraging opportunities within Teckwah Group to expand geographic footprints, and deepen business and relationships with target customers, and facilitate the realisation of identified potential.
Sell new solutions and cut deals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or closely related field
At least 5 years in a business development role is required for the Managerial position
Candidates with no experience are welcomed to submit their interest
Good analytical skill, capable of doing in-depth analysis, providing insights to market and customer trends, market needs and possible 'winning' solutions to address identified opportunities and gaps.
Self-driven, persistent, highly motivated and passionate about serving customers by going the extra miles
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality to seek out new contacts, build relationships and convert them into customers
Willing to work under a fast-paced and challenging environment
Able to travel in the region with short notice
